I was panicking because of job needing me to write up a policy & procedure manual for a new incentive methodology.
Because I'd never done it before.
Then I realized that writing up rules and how-tos when running a play-by-post RPG is totally the same thing, and chilled out. See, fun things on the Internet are useful!

Oh, sidebar, but since I'm replying to you anyway (I was going to email this) and it JUST happened about 20 minutes ago, we're stuck in a meeting about opioid prescribing updates otherwise known as boring shit we have to do but because we're mental health we don't actually really ever prescribe opioids. So everyone is bored. We get a break, someone pulls this up on their phone ...
